OGN draws upon its extensive network of business connections to develop partnerships, intern and job programs that bring disabled veterans in, train them and support sustainable professional development. These programs are located in diverse geographical locations to ensure veterans can return to or remain in their own communities. OGN provides a variety of incentives to assist companies in developing sustainable veteran’s assistance programs, including grants and other benefits.

Investing in New and Existing Businesses:
OGN has created a venture capital fund to invest in new and/or existing businesses that are run by or include disabled veterans. Where disabled veterans have the desire and basic capacity to engage in business activity, OGN provides financial and technical support required to maximize chances of success. OGN first assigns a mentor who will work with the veteran to develop a business plan, then continue to mentor that person through the business development process.
